Based in Lugano since 1947, the firm has a tradition that combines continuity, confidentiality and a family approach. Over the course of almost eighty years, we have built a solid reality, adapting to regulatory changes, but maintaining the same original spirit: accompanying families, entrepreneurs and private clients in the management, protection and growth of their assets with the same care that we reserve for our investments.
Our organisation for wealth planning and protection
Today we have more than twenty employees, including professionals specialised in financial advisory, estate planning, corporate, tax and succession planning. Although we have grown over time, we have preserved a family-run spirit, based on long-term relationships, trust and a truly personalised service. Following the entry into force of the new federal client protection laws, we will operate as a FINMA-licensed asset manager from November 2022. We work with major Swiss banking institutions, several Italian static trust companies and European insurance companies for the management of unit-linked policies.
